Complete assembly of component sub-assemblies or process in-line with standard operating procedures. Operators should be able to read and interpret written work instructions & drawings.

Comply with all health and safety requirements as stipulated within SOPs & company procedures

Competence in dexterous hand assembly processes, in-line with standard output rates

[*]

Control and operation of hand-tools, power-tools & automated machines

[*]

Knowledge and application of company procedures & product quality standards

[*]

Accurate recording/communication of company & product data

[*]

Loading and transport of material/components/finished goods

[*]

Involvement / participation in team projects & process improvement initiatives

[*]

Identification of & reporting process improvement opportunities

[*]

To maintain acceptable housekeeping standards at all times to ensure a clean & safe working environment for all employees

[*]

Any other duties deemed necessary for the benefit of the company by management
