1) CLERK (OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT)
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all work orders from Call Centre (TMOne) are assigned promptly and properly to the respective administration clerk according to the type of modules
- Ensure bulk assignments are assigned promptly and properly to the respective administration clerk
- Ensure all work orders are updated in (iRMS) within time frame (SLA)
- Ensure all materials (serialized and non-serialized are updated correctly and promptly
- Ensure all work order status from site agents are updated correctly and promptly
- Ensure generation and dispatch of letters to consumers for related modules
- Ensure immediate correction is made on any updating errors
- Ensure all job physical status reported by site agents are updated promptly
- To call PBA Staff and Consumer when needed to pertaining to work related issues.
Requirement:
- Diploma in any discipline and approved by MQA
- Experience in related field is an added advantage
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office
- Proficient in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude, highly initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision

2) TECHNICIAN (OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT)
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all works order are fairly distributed to the fitters by 8.30 am daily based on types of orders and location
- Ensure all orders given to fitters are accomplished and recorded in the timesheet, order report in a diligent manner
- Ensure all critical orders such as clamping and disconnection are done accordingly and recorded accordingly
- Ensure all relevant documents such as timesheet, JCD/JRD, SIN etc are compiled and arranged for submission to Senior Technician/Secondliner within 48 hours
- Ensure to maintain the utmost KPI achievements of the Services section.
Requirement:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering and approved by MQA
- Experience in related field is an added advantage
- Technical knowledge in Water Treatment & Distribution/ Pipe laying, repair and maintenance will be an added advantage
- Computer literate particularly in Microsoft Office. Ability to use other Engineering software (AutoCAD etc.) is an added advantage
- Proficient in both written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess supervisory, analytical and problem solving skills
- Positive attitude, highly initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Possess ability to work under pressure, tight schedules and in stringent environment

3) TECHNICIAN (OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT)
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all plumbing plans Submission by Qualified Persons received are registered, vetted and replied in compliance to the Uniform Technical Guideline requirements set by SPAN within 21 days
- Ensure all necessary charges such Capital Contribution Fund (CCF), supervision, testing are reasonably assessed and imposed to the Developer/owner
- Ensure that plumbing plans submission involving large housing schemes/landed/strata shall have the development sites inspected within 3 days upon receiving the first submission to confirm the location and the RL of the overall scheme
Requirement:
